Summary

Anja has a wide range of competences acquired through more than 20 years of work experience from the Healthcare Sector within clinical- and quality work, risk management, project management and leading experience. She has taken roles as a midwife, obstetric sonographer, project manager and consultant in various implementing projects and latest as head of function in a regional quality department.

Anja is a person whose self-reliance, leadership qualities, interpersonal abilities, organizational skills and continuous curiosity in acquiring new knowledge, skills and expertise have been essential in accomplishing the diversity in tasks and at a fast pace.

She worked over 7 years at a regional quality department, where she by colleagues have been described as a person, who is ‘tenacious, hard-working, translating theory into practice, hungry for knowledge, growing with tasks and skills, fair and an incredibly pleasant personality’.

  • Reorganization of the workflow for adverse events in Region Zealand
    Project manager. The projects scope was to create a more appropriate way to organize and obtain learning from the adverse events.
    Region Zealand – 2020
  • Adverse events and learning in healthcare.
    Project manager and regional coordinator between the Danish Patient Safety Authorities and the project workers assigned to the project in Region Zealand. The project’s scope was to explore how we create the best balance between learning, patient safety and the resources spent on reporting adverse events.

  • Patient safety when implementing a new EPJ-system, Sundhedsplatformen.
    Project manager. The project’s scope was to secure a setup to handle and prioritize adverse advents related to Sundhedsplatformen reported by the end-users in a systematic manner.

  • Detection of Preeclampsia in pregnancy
    Project worker in a PhD-study. My job was to inform patients, submit data collect and handle blood samples.
