A meeting where the entire Pharma4ever family gets the official information from management, which also doubles up as a social mingling session with your colleagues.

3 x focus days with full day program for skill/knowledge development

We prioritize 3 full day events for skill/knowledge development through a program involving external/internal speakers on topics of interest, including personal development.

Screening (2 work days)
We respect every applicant and will respond with an invitation for an informal online conversation if we can see a match in your skillset. If we don’t see a match, we will give you an honest reason why your application was rejected.
1st conversation (1 week)
The purpose of the interview is to find out if there is a match between you, your qualifications and the job. If we see a fit, you will be invited to a second interview. The first interview is an informal chat with your direct manager via Teams, while the second will be in person at our office in Ballerup.
2nd conversation (1 week)
The purpose of this interview is to meet up in person. You will meet your direct manager along with one of the two founders of the company. Here we’ll continue the conversation face to face, giving you the opportunity to get your questions answered from the initial conversation.
Employment (1 day)
You and your direct manager will find the right startup project together in regards to project scope, project role, project location and project start date – in this startup phase, we are able to tailor the right project together.
Onboarding
You will be rolled into our routines and the routines of the startup project with necessary support from your direct manger as well as the Pharma4ever family.

We value social activity

We put emphasis on social life in regards to our Pharma4ever family. We prioritize meeting up in person about once a month through infomeetings and coffeetalks, have focus days with a full day program for skill/knowledge development, do a two days overnight team-building trip, a summer party with your spouse and kids, and also our Christmas lunch. This official program paired up with the offer for funded employee initiated activities is the true aggregator in building our social family.
